A: Standard package is boxes, if customer have special package request,we will do best to meet customer's need.

A: It will take 25-28 working days, if order quantity is abve 5K, it will take 30-35 working days.

A: It's 2 years after shipment.

A: We will provide 1% spare units.
7)What's payment term?
A: 30% T/T deposit, 70% before shipment,L/C at sight acceptable,for special customer, we can accept OA 30 days.
8)Aaccep paypal payment?
A:Yes, for samples order, we can accept paypal payment, but if total amount is above USD500, we only accept T/T.
9)Can you support free samples?
A:Yes, if total samples cost is below USD 15, we can send you free samples and you pay the shipping cost. If total samples cost is above USD15, we need customer to pay the samples cost.
10)Can you support defective products return?
A:Yes, if there is quality problem, we will ask customer to send back the defectivs goods and send new replacement to customer.If it's small quantity defectives, no need to send back.
11)Whether can do OEM and ODM?
A:Yes,We accept OEM and ODM, we can adjust the various collocation according to the needs of customers.
